This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all subscription fees and other payments made for the services offered by AI Innerscope Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website and SaaS platform, including our School ERP software. Payments are processed through our designated Payment Gateway(s). By making a payment, you agree to this Policy. This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Our services are provided on a subscription basis. You pay for access to the Service for a defined period (e.g., monthly or annually). Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer physical products or shipping; all deliverables are digital access to the Service. Refunds, where applicable, are governed solely by this Policy.
Once your subscription has been activated and you have been granted access to the Service, subscription fees are non-refundable. This is because the Service is consumed upon use and we cannot recover the value of access already provided. By completing payment and activating your subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this no-refund-after-activation policy, except where we expressly agree otherwise in writing or as set out in the eligibility conditions below.

To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include: (a) the email address associated with your account; (b) the transaction ID or payment reference number; (c) the date and amount of payment; and (d) a clear explanation of why you believe you are eligible under this Policy. We will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days. Approval of any refund is at our sole discretion and subject to verification with our Payment Gateway and internal records.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds are processed through the same Payment Gateway through which the original payment was made (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, or other integrated providers). The Gateway’s own terms and processing timelines apply to the movement of funds. We initiate the refund from our side once approved; the actual crediting of the amount depends on the Gateway and your bank or wallet provider. We do not charge any separate fee for processing eligible refunds. In the event of a failed refund (e.g., expired card, closed account), we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative method where feasible under our and the Gateway’s policies.
Subscription cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through the account/cancellation options provided in the Service. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access until the end of that period; no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current period.
Auto-renewal: If your subscription is set to auto-renew, you must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. We will not refund amounts paid for a renewal that you did not cancel in time.
Our right to suspend or terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access and subscription in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be due for the current or any prior period.
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with refunds or this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, without prejudice to the dispute resolution mechanism (including arbitration) set out in our Terms and Conditions.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For any payment made before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of that payment will apply to that transaction.
