8. Children’s Data (School Context)

Our Service is used by schools and institutions to manage operations, including data related to students. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Student and other minors’ data is typically provided to the Service by the school or authorised users (e.g., administrators, teachers, parents) in the course of using the School ERP. We process such data as a processor/service provider on behalf of the institution, which is responsible for obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable laws (including those relating to minors).
